These Website Terms of Use (“Website Terms”) govern your access to and use of method.gentledraw.com and pages that link to these Website Terms (the “Site”). The Site is operated by GentleDraw Spa LLC, doing business as GentleDraw, under license from Novelle Innovative Ventures LLC, owner of the GentleDraw proprietary methodology and related intellectual property.

By using the Site, you agree to these Website Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Purchases, course participation, credentials, or institutional services are also governed by the General Terms & Conditions and transaction-specific terms.

1. Informational purpose

The Site provides general information about the GentleDraw Method, professional education, proprietary certification pathways, institutional relationships, and specialized patient-service pathways. Site content is educational and informational. It is not medical advice, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, legal advice, regulatory advice, emergency guidance, or a substitute for professional judgment.

The Site does not itself train or authorize anyone to perform venipuncture, infusions, specimen collection, or any other medical procedure. A Site visit does not create a clinician-patient, therapist-patient, attorney-client, instructor-supervisee, employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship.

2. Permitted use

Subject to these Website Terms, GentleDraw grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to access and use the Site for lawful personal, professional-evaluation, or internal business purposes. You may print or save a reasonable number of public pages for your own reference, provided that you keep all copyright, trademark, and attribution notices intact.

3. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• violate law or another person’s rights through the Site;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, accounts, systems, or networks;
• introduce malware, harmful code, automated abuse, or an unreasonable technical load;
• scrape, crawl, harvest, index, copy, frame, mirror, or systematically extract Site content except through ordinary search-engine indexing authorized by our technical settings;
• use Site content to create, train, fine-tune, benchmark, or evaluate an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning system without written permission;
• remove ownership notices or imply that GentleDraw endorses you, your services, or your organization;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation, credential, qualifications, or authority;
• use GentleDraw content or marks to market competing training, certification, clinical, or consulting services; or
• interfere with another person’s access to the Site.

4. Intellectual property

The Site and its text, graphics, logos, names, designs, arrangement, course descriptions, methodology descriptions, and other content are owned by or licensed to GentleDraw and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited permission expressly stated in these Website Terms. See the Intellectual Property Notice.

5. Third-party links and platforms

The Site links to separate websites and services, including the GentleDraw certification portal and GentleDraw Spa. A link does not mean that the linked service is part of this Site or that we control every aspect of the third party that hosts or processes the service. Third-party terms and privacy policies may apply when you leave the Site. Review the terms shown on the destination service before providing information or making a purchase.

6. Accuracy, availability, and changes

We try to keep Site information accurate and current, but content may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. Program features, prices, dates, eligibility rules, and availability may change. The information presented at checkout or in a signed agreement controls over a general Site description when the two differ.

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Site. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free access. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, provider outages, internet conditions, and events outside our reasonable control may affect availability.

7. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Our Cookie Policy explains the technologies used on this Site. Do not send patient records, protected health information, or other sensitive medical information through ordinary email links or any public Site channel.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Limitations & Disclaimers are incorporated into these Website Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. GentleDraw is not responsible for decisions made solely in reliance on general Site content. Nothing in these Website Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law

Florida law governs these Website Terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes concerning the Site must be brought in a state court located in Palm Beach County, Florida, or the federal court with jurisdiction over Palm Beach County.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Website Terms. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes apply prospectively, and additional notice or consent will be provided when required.
