Intellectual Property Notice

The GentleDraw Method, brand, educational framework, course materials, and related content represent substantial creative and commercial investment. This notice explains ownership and permitted use.

1. Ownership

Novelle Innovative Ventures LLC owns the GentleDraw proprietary methodology and related intellectual property, including applicable copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, know-how, and proprietary educational content. GentleDraw Spa LLC is authorized to use that intellectual property in connection with GentleDraw education, certification, and related offerings.

Except for third-party materials identified as such, the content made available through method.gentledraw.com, GentleDraw courses, assessments, downloads, presentations, recordings, credential materials, and authorized brand assets is owned by or licensed to the GentleDraw entities and is protected by United States and international law.

2. Claimed marks

GentleDraw™, the GentleDraw name and logos, the GentleDraw Method name, associated wordmarks and designs, the Prepare, Present, Protect framework, course and credential names, taglines, badges, and other source-identifying elements are claimed trademarks or service marks of their respective GentleDraw owner.

The ™ symbol identifies a claimed mark and does not necessarily mean that a mark is federally registered. No permission is granted to use a GentleDraw mark except as expressly stated in writing or in current credential-use guidelines.

3. Limited use of public website content

You may view public Site content and print or save a reasonable number of pages for your own noncommercial reference, internal evaluation, or consideration of a GentleDraw relationship. You must retain all ownership notices and may not alter the content in a way that is misleading.

This limited permission does not authorize republication, commercial use, classroom distribution, incorporation into another training program, creation of derivative materials, or public display.

4. Educational materials and assessments

Course and credential materials are licensed, not sold. Unless GentleDraw expressly authorizes otherwise in writing, you may not:

• copy, photograph, screen-record, audio-record, transcribe, republish, upload, transmit, translate, adapt, or distribute materials;
• share accounts, downloads, assessment questions, answer choices, scoring information, instructor resources, or access links;
• teach or deliver GentleDraw content to others, whether free or paid;
• incorporate the methodology, sequencing, terminology, materials, or assessments into another course, certification, consulting product, prompt library, or service;
• scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content;
• use content to train, fine-tune, benchmark, evaluate, retrieve for, or otherwise support an artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model or dataset; or
• remove or obscure copyright, trademark, confidentiality, or attribution notices.

An enabled download feature grants only the limited use stated with that download. It does not transfer ownership.

5. Credentials, badges, and designations

Only a person or organization with a current, valid, and applicable GentleDraw credential or written license may use the corresponding badge, logo, designation, or institutional claim. Use must follow current brand and credential guidelines and must not imply:

• a professional license or government approval;
• authorization to perform a clinical procedure;
• accreditation or academic credit not expressly awarded;
• endorsement of an employer, clinic, product, or unrelated service;
• guaranteed patient or business outcomes; or
• that an expired, suspended, or revoked credential remains current.

GentleDraw may require correction or removal of an unauthorized, outdated, modified, or misleading use.

6. No implied license or waiver

Linking to a GentleDraw website, referring to GentleDraw in ordinary factual text, or purchasing a Service does not grant ownership or a license beyond the limited rights expressly provided. Failure to enforce a right in one instance is not a waiver in another.

7. Third-party materials

Third-party names, marks, quotations, research, images, and materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

8. Reporting suspected infringement

To report suspected infringement or unauthorized use, email Info@GentleDraw.com with:

• your name and contact information;
• identification of the protected work or mark;
• the location and description of the challenged material;
• the basis for your ownership or authority; and
• a statement that the information you provide is accurate.

We may request additional information before acting. This reporting process does not replace any formal notice procedure available under applicable law.

9. Permission requests

Requests to license, quote, reproduce, teach, translate, distribute, or otherwise use GentleDraw intellectual property must be submitted to Info@GentleDraw.com. Permission is not granted unless confirmed in writing by an authorized GentleDraw representative.
